Understanding The Cause Of Diabetes Is Ultimately The Only Answer To Permanently Reversing Diabetes

Reversing diabetes as it is with most diseases, means comprehending, and refraining, from repeating what caused it. It’s practically more important to know the cause of diabetes than it is the cure, otherwise a cure can never remain a cure.

It’s like an elephants bath. Elephants spend so much time in the river bathing, only to immediately roll around on the ground as soon as they come back up onto the river bank. Unfortunately everyone anticipates some magic cure from science, without excepting their own long playing role in the cause of the disease. You’ve to refrain from repeating the cause of a disease along with healing it, otherwise your cure of a disease will turnout the same as an elephant’s attempt at cleanliness.

For our own health and wellbeing, we’ve to develop a mature and realistic mindset towards the cause of disease and the answer to attaining health. It’s not rocket science or some mysterious system of knowledge which can only be understood by the highly educated and trained professionals of the modern medical community.

Therefore I’m going to warn you about a major diabetic dietary concern that’s seldom mentioned when the optimum diet for diabetes is being discussed, although it is think abouted by many authorities to be the number one cause of diabetes. No doubt your aware that foods containing sugar and artificial sweeteners are extremely perilous for diabetics, but what about the detrimental effects of using hydrogenated oils?

As previously mentioned, often times the most effective approach towards curing a disease is to simply reverse the cause, and the consumption of man made fats such as trans-fatty acids (margarine) and partially hydrogenated oils, rank as the number one cause of diabetes. Therefore omitting all bad fats, and flooding the cells in your body with the right kinds of good fats, in particular water-soluble omega 3, should be placed at the top of your list of strategies for reversing diabetes. Three times more omega 3 than omega 6, is the general rule of thumb.

The source needs to be from organic animal or plant fats, and not from supplements comprised of isolates. Natural cold pressed oils such as olive, coconut, or flaxseed, are preferred. Butter and lard are also acceptable. Low or no fat diets are to be avoided.

Although I could only briefly cover this information here, I felt it important to bring it up as it is as crucial, as it is unknown. It makes little difference which of the two diabetes types that a person may have. The proof of that’s obvious when you think about the fact that because so many people are now succumbing to diabetes at younger and younger ages, physicians have all but stopped referring to a diabetes diagnosis as childhood diabetes, juvenile diabetes, or type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes is diabetes, just as cancer is cancer. The medical industry likes to subdivide everything into specific categories to make it seem as complicated as possible. However diabetes is getting away from them in epidemic proportions, and it’s becoming more and more obvious the primary cause of diabetes is dietary, and nothing else.

The medical monopolies also have nothing to offer those afflicted with diabetes in the way of a cure. Their only answer to this disease is an ever increasing progression of drugs. None of which can provide a cure, and at ideal only address the symptoms of diabetes. In fact their so called solution of perilous prescriptions ultimately results in causing a wide array of further complications and even additional diseases, some of which are potentially fatal.

All of the actual cures for diabetes are simple, unpatentable natural remedies that work amazingly well, and are fully capable of healing the disease permanently. Especially when reinforced by the appropriate dietary adjustments. Much too simple an answer for the complicated minds of the modern medical scientists. Besides, where would that leave them and their lucrative research careers? Not to mention, all of the treatments they develop have be taken for the rest of the patients life, insuring the pharmaceutical companies another source of steady revenue.

Natural solutions for diabetes are not only simple and affordable, but also 100% safe, and can be used in conjunction with one another. So take them simultaneously along with avoiding the causes of diabetes, and this all too common disease and its many potential complications, will soon become nothing more than a distant memory.

Nut Allergies Cause Life-Threatening Episodes

Nut Allergies Cause Life-Threatening Episodes

The only true prevention of suffering from an anaphylactic reaction to nut allergies is to avoid all contact with nuts. This may not always be possible as there are some items containing nuts or nut products that you may never think about as being dangerous. Even if products made without nuts are produced in the same equipment in which nuts have been used can be contaminated and cause problems for someone with nut allergies.

Some of the products that may contain nuts include grain bread, certain ice cream flavors, cookies, candy, granola bars, salad dressing and marzipan. Additionally, many oriental foods such as Chinese, Thai and African dishes may contain nuts or nut products.

It is unknown why some people have nut allergies and why some suffer more severely than others do. However, while the first episode or reaction to an Allergy may be uncomfortable, subsequent episodes could be fatal. Anaphylaxis is the allergic response of nut allergies causing swelling, reduced blood pressure and dilated veins and arteries. Typically, a person will go into anaphylactic shock, which if not treated swiftly, can cause coma and death.

Immunoglobulin E, is created by the immune system to fight a usually harmless substance, in this case nuts and when it appears the first time, your body may produce antibodies, but won’t react. However, if a person with nut allergies is exposed again the antibodies will produce large amounts of histamines causing the symptoms to appear.

Symptoms Appear Swiftly And Noticeably

Typically, anaphylaxis starts within minutes of exposure by someone with nut allergies with itching in the eyes and face and swiftly advance to difficulty breathing and swallowing. It may also be accompanied by stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. Angioedema, swelling under the skin will usually also be present.

When the symptoms first appear it is imperative that you seek medical help immediately as it can swiftly cause an increase in your heart rate, rapid drop in blood pressure, shock and possibly death if left untreated. Different types of foods, in addition to nut allergies can trigger anaphylaxis, such as shellfish, dairy products, eggs and bee stings, among others.

Tree nuts are sometimes used in shampoos and lotions so it is important to carefully check the labels of all products you use if you suffer from nut allergies. There’s only one effective treatment for anaphylaxis and that’s an injection of epinephrine, which swiftly reverses the symptoms. Although epinephrine tablets are available, they may take as long as an hour to reach the blood stream, which may be too late.

Blocked Ears Sinusitis – Can Chronic Sinusitis Cause Tinnitus?

Blocked Ears Sinusitis

If you’re constantly suffering from chronic sinus which recurs often much to your frustrations, tinnitus would be the common accompanying disorder that comes with it. So the short answer to the above opening question is yes. The incessant buzzing sound or ringing in the ears could literally cause anxiety and frustrations. Imagine active hot gas trying to break out of a tightly closed capsule and you might just feel the sense of desperation a totally blocked up sufferer is undergoing.

When your physician applies the right chronic sinusitis treatment, the ringing in the ears disappears as well. But there’s still the lingering and nagging issue of how to prevent its recurrence. Knowing how it occurs can shed some light on how the prevention of its recurrence. Blocked Ears Sinusitis

Chronic sinusitis is a more severe strain of variation to the normal condition, and is often caused by fungal infection, or abnormal growth around the facial and ear area causing pressure on them and imbalance of internal air pressure of the ear drums on either or both sides. On the other hand, conditions caused by infection are commonly treated by antibiotics which in turn could cause ringing in the ears or temporary hearing loss from the undue pressure on the ear canal by the medication.

Your doctor will check your condition thoroughly and once the symptom of your tinnitus is determined to be the cause of your sinus, he or she’ll then proceed not to treat the buzzing sounds, but rather focus on applying the right chronic sinusitis treatment. Once that condition is treated, the ringing in the ears will have disappeared. Hence, the cure for tinnitus is literally your treatment of sinus. But the threat of recurrence is omnipresent and you’ll need to conduct a strict regime in the form of a holistic multifaceted plan to enhance your overall immunity system to reduce the recurrence of the sinus. The Cause of Anxiety Attacks in The World of Today

The Cause of Anxiety Attacks in The World of Today

Are there causes of anxiety attacks? In today’s world anxiety disorders many times may be the most common mental illness. In the United Says 40 million (18.1%) of the adult population is affected. These numbers are on the increase all over the world, demanding immediate attention. Even though studies are usually made only on adults (over 18 years old), this disorder affects all age groups.

We all blame it on stress, too much work load or other over pressuring day to day activities. However, the scientists have found out the cause of anxiety attacks are:

Brian Biochemistry or chemical imbalance

There are two primary neurotransmitters; serotonin and dopamine, that affect a person’s feeling. Any imbalance of these chemicals can provoke a cause of anxiety attacks expressed through feeling depressed or sad.

Genetics

Anxiety disorders are also inherited as they tend to run in the family, thus passing it on from one’s mom/father to the son/daughter or any other close relative. The structure of the brain and its process are inherited in totality and that can be another reason why people with chemical imbalance can pass on the anxiety disorder thus, being the cause of anxiety attacks. Also growing up as a child in an abusive home, where the family expressed anxiety and violence constantly can be the cause of anxiety attacks.

Fight or Flight Mechanism

When we sense danger, the body prepares itself to either fight or run away. This is known as fight or flight mechanism. This mechanism is triggered mostly by a part of the brain called Amygdale. Sometimes the brain misunderstands the message and a situation and translated it as dangerous when it isn’t in reality. This can be a cause of anxiety attacks.
The symptoms are very real and frightening. Thus, convincing us that something is wrong and we get scared and untrusting. The flight or fight failure, the scientists say, is the main cause of panic attacks.

Along with the various medications, the scientists also have discovered the possibility to reserve these symptoms now, with the modern science and technology. Now, all we need to do is to learn to recognize these symptoms and consult the doctor as soon as possible. As any other disorder or illness, treated in time, it can be almost always treated successfully.

Be aware of your body and recognize when is giving you the wrong symptoms. Make sure you consult your Doctor as you never want to rely on your own diagnosis. Your doctor may see or know something that you never thought of. Build your knowledge base and learn some techniques that’ll help you to stop your anxiety attacks dead in its tracks. Panic Attacks Cause – How to Instantly Stop Panic Attacks

Many people mistakenly think that mental illness is a major panic attacks cause. This couldn’t be further from the truth… your panic attacks are simply caused by your learned reactions to stress and anxiety. There’s a big difference between the two… and the distinction needs to be made.

People that have a mental illness have an actual condition which is brought on by a chemical imbalance in the brain. When you suffer from panic attacks your anxiety simply gets out of control. Once your apprehension begins to rise… panic attacks are caused by your mind and body responding in the ways you’ve conditioned them too. You simply fall into a predictable cycle and you’ve a panic attack.

The hard cold facts are that your panic attacks are caused by your reaction to anxiety. Throughout your life you’ve been learning how to deal with your anxiety… and you do this regularly. You’ve spent your whole life training yourself to deal with your fears and worries a certain way… that’s why you’ve panic attacks.

Many people go to their physician and get false information about panic attacks causes. Physicians like to tag things as mental disorders because they can prescribe medications to mend peoples problems. They benefit from you thinking that you’ve a mental illness… you’ve to purchase medications and go to extensive treatments.

The ideal panic disorder cures almost never include medication. You’ve to learn how to alter your behavior and change the way you react to anxiety. You must learn to tackle the root causes of your disorder. When you can figure out the root cause of your anxiety you can pinpoint the place in your thought process when you make anxious decisions.

Your ideal bet in fighting a panic attacks cause is to figure out what the ideal route for treatment is. If you’re in tune with your body you can feel when you’re begining to get anxious… and you can figure out why you’re getting anxious. The worse thing you can do is to dull your feelings with prescription medications… leave the medications for people with actual illnesses. You’ve many different options you can try… and they all are probably more effective.

Having a Poor Self-image is a Leading Cause of Stress and Anxiety

Having a Poor Self-image is a Leading Cause of Stress and Anxiety

There was this movie shown way back in 1992 called “Single White Female.” The main characters are played by two famous actresses named Bridget Fonda and Jennifer Jason Leigh. The character “Allie” is a successful software designer in the “Big Apple” who always found her climb up the career ladder and her personal life as both less than ideal. After asking her boyfriend to move out of the apartment, Allie opened up some space for a possible roommate. After a succession of possible roommates whom she found to be “weirdos”, she was able to settle on having shy lady named “Hedy” as a companion, albeit a paying companion in the apartment.

Hedy turned out to be another weirdo. Hedy became so obsessed with Allie that she even copied her looks, way of dressing, and literally assumed Allie’s identity. Somehow, Hedy found security in assuming the relatively happier life of Allie.

The character of Hedy actually demonstrates the loneliness and perils of a person suffering from inferiority complex. This inferiority complex isn’thing new or rare. In fact, many women especially young girls are experiencing this form of low self-esteem. An inferiority complex is a nagging feeling of never being able to be “good enough.” It is being so “uncomfortable” with how one looks, talks, or moves. It is a total lack of appreciation for one’s self. Inferiority complex is an extreme lack of self-esteem, self-confidence, and having a constant feeling of inadequacy.

For some people their concept of self-worth is based on the affirmation of other people. Affirmation, or confirmation, in the form of a friendly smile, a handshake or easy “hello” decides whether a person with an inferiority complex would feel good about himself or herself. The need for social approval is one underlying needs of persons with low self-esteem. When a person lacks social skills, he or she develops a self-pity mode which may eventually lead to stress and anxiety. According to Alfred Adler, a well known Austrian psychologist, “the inferiority complex” is derived from physical disability or from faulty relationships. This complex is a “need” to validate one’s self.

Some of the causes of inferiority complex include:

l Socio-Economic Causes – This is a common cause and mostly felt by people from a lower socio-economic class or people who worked for wealthy families. Seeing other people living in higher standards makes the person from the lower class blame himself for not being successful or for not being able to provide a better life for his family.

l Physical Causes – This results from a physical defect or lack of appreciation for one’s physical appearance. Some people feel inferior for being overweight, being too skinny, or being too short. Because of their physical conditions, these people think of themselves as less important than others.

To defeat the ill-effects of low self-esteem, here are some tips to feel better about yourself:

1. Never compare yourself to others

2. Work along with others, be a team player

3. Participate in worthwhile activities

4. Don’t neglect yourself-you can improve yourself through going to school, attending workshops, seminars

5. Focus on the positive side of your life- be thankful for what you’ve

6. Read famous people who had overcome their failures and adversities especially people who becomes rich by sheer hard work and determination

If these tips do not help, your last resort may probably be to get proper counseling or in extreme cases get the advice and services of a psychiatrist.

Are Germs and Viruses the Real Cause of Disease?

Posted by admin on Saturday, 28 August, 2010

Are Germs and Viruses the Real Cause of Disease?

There is a universal belief that germs and viruses are the cause of disease; but this isn’t true.
Louis Pasteur, for whom the pasteurization process is named, first put forward the idea that germs from outside the body are the cause of disease.

Living in France at the same time as Pasteur was another scientist who was also conducting research on the cause and development of disease. This man was Antoine Bechamp. Pasteur actually “borrowed” part of Bechamp’s research and publicized it as his own. Dr. Guylaine Lanctot explains it thus: Pasteur was ambitious, an opportunist. He was also a genius in the art of promoting himself, and he plagiarized, and then vulgarized, the work of Bechamp.

He stole the idea of small organisms being responsible, but he only revealed a small part of Bechamp’s discoveries. Pasteur proclaimed that these small organisms only came from the outside. He forgot to mention that, once exposed to air, germs and other morbid (abnormal) microzymes lose their virulence very rapidly. And this deceit has been perpetuated ever since.

It has been said that Pasteur, on his deathbed, admitted to his colleagues that an individual’s natural immunity is more important than germs in the matter of disease. He had been unable to grow his germ cultures on healthy, fresh fruit, and instead had to grow them on rotting soup.

Dr. Joel Robbins instructs that two conditions must be present in order for disease germs to enter into, or develop in, living tissue: first, something besides the germ must have previously weakened the tissue; and second, there must be acidic debris present in the tissue for the germs to live on. They can’t exist in a balanced acid-alkaline environment, neither can parasites.

The conclusion is logical. If our bodies are relatively free of toxic wastes, serious disease bacteria can’t develop within us. No harmful bacteria, parasite, or virus can proliferate in a body that does not have a build-up of toxic waste. A body that has healthy levels of cellular oxygen and a strong immune system will remain a healthy body.

How the Body Deals with Germs and Viruses

The body has a built-in natural intelligence. It knows how to fight germs and viruses. When it comes to disease, there are three principles that must be understood:

1 All forms of disease are caused by accumulations of acid and toxic waste in the body’s systems, the first and foremost of which is the colon. Disease begins in the colon.

2 The body initiates all acute diseases like colds, flu, fever, skin eruptions, diarrhea, scarlet fever, and measles, in attempts to reduce the accumulation of stored waste material. Chronic diseases, such as diabetes, arthritis, bronchitis, heart disease, and cancer, are caused by the continued build-up of waste in the system, and the suppression of acute disease cleansing attempts by wrong treatment.

3 The body has the ability to return to health provided it is given the proper nutrition and conditions to do so.

We don’t “catch” diseases. We cause them! We create them by the way we live.We don’t “catch” a cold or flu.We actually “earn” it by fostering toxic waste conditions in our bodies, as a result of our lifestyles.

When we continue to suppress illnesses with drugs and antibiotics, the body eventually develops degenerative disease conditions because it has not been allowed adequate opportunity to detoxify and heal naturally.

Tinnitus Food Allergies – Do Food Allergies Cause Your Ringing Ears?

Tinnitus Food Allergies

Have you ever think abouted the possibility that what you eat is actually causing or at least contributing to, your tinnitus? Surprising as it may be, it turns out that for at least some people, their ringing ears are due to food allergies. Let me explain. Tinnitus Food Allergies

A surprising number of people have both food allergies and tinnitus. Many of these people find that when they eliminate the food they are allergic to, their ringing ears get superior. One theory for why this happens is that the food allergy causes chronic inflammation in the ear or auditory canal. And inflammation in this area can cause or worsen tinnitus.

What Foods Can Cause This?

Presumably any food that causes a negative reaction in your body could cause ringing in ears. But there are lots of common foods that are known to cause allergic reactions in many people and could be associated with your ringing ears. They include: Tinnitus Food Allergies

Wheat
Milk
Eggs
Peanuts
Soy products

There’s a very good chance that most, if not all of these foods are part of your diet. And since many food allergies are unrecognized, there’s a reasonable chance that you’re allergic to at least one of these. It’s worth doing a little investigating to see if you might be affected.

What to Do

So how do you figure out if one of these foods is causing or worsening your tinnitus? It’s actually pretty simple. Start keeping a log of the severity of your ringing in ears. Then choose one of these foods and cut it out of your diet for a few weeks. After a few weeks, take a bathroomk at your log and see if the symptoms were reduced when you cut out that food.

If your tinnitus symptoms seems to improve when you cut out a particular food, you may well be allergic to that food. Even if you’re not allergic, that food seems to be somehow involved in your tinnitus, so do everything you can to eliminate it from your diet absolutely. Once you’ve done that, start the experiment again with another of the foods and see what happens. Tinnitus Food Allergies

What is the Cause of Sore Throat in Children?

Posted by admin on Tuesday, 24 August, 2010

What is the Cause of Sore Throat in Kids?

In babies the possibility for the sore throat to be present due to throat infections if quite rare. Many of the sore throats in babies are caused by lesions in the mouth like: gingivostomatitis, thrush, or coxsackie lesions which can interfere with the process of eating causing intense pain. In some cases when teeth are growing pain can appear giving a suspicion of sore throat.

Another possibility is for the sore throat to be caused by viruses. This case can be came across in older children and very rare in babies. The virus can be the one which gives the flu or the common cold or can be responsible for producing mononucleosis. There are some situations in which the physician tells the parent his child has tonsillitis. This affection is associated with sore throat and refers to the infection of the tissue on either side of the throat at the back of the tongue. When the infection is caused by a bacterium the most frequent one is streptococcus.

In some cases strep throat appears due to pollution and smoke. Dust, allergens from the animals, pollen, grass, and dry heat can also affect the throat causing sore.

Parents are advised to bring their babies for a check up if mouth sores or sore throat seem to be present, and if the child has a fever higher than 38 degrees Celsius. Also, breathing with difficulty, red throat or problems when swallowing are good reasons for going at the physician’s office.

Sore throat isn’t think abouted an emergency, instead epiglottitis is. If you see that you child can not breathe properly, that he drools, and that he develops fever, you should call immediately a physician. Until the physician gets there don’t give the child anything to eat or drink as this could make his breathing problems worse.

Treating a sore throat is made after determining the cause of the sore throat. In case a virus is responsible for the affection, the baby should rest and drink fluids. No other treatment is necessary as the immune system will deal with the virus and will eliminate it within a week.

If the sore throat is caused by a bacterium antibiotic treatment is needed. The physician will probably prescribe penicillin, amoxicillin, or erythromycin as they’re the most effective in this case.

The baby can be contagious if he has a viral infection and so as a parent you should keep him away from other children, you should properly wash his drinking glasses and his hands as frequent as possible.

If the baby is old enough you can try to relief his pain by giving his warm liquids. Avoid using honey if the baby has less than one year. The physician might recommend pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Now all you’ve to do is wait for the immune system and therapy to work.

Lactose Intolerance Can Cause Bad Breath

Posted by admin on Sunday, 22 August, 2010

Lactose Intolerance Can Cause Bad Breath

Bad breath is a common condition that many people face throughout the world. It is also a very sought after topic among individuals of all ages.

There are different factors that account for the development of bad breath and hence different solutions are needed to combat it. In this article we’re going to comprehend the connection between bad breath and lactose intolerance.

First of all we’ve to comprehend what lactose intolerance is? Firstly, lactose is a sugar, which is found in milk and other dairy products. After these foods are eaten, the lactose will be metabolized (broken down) by an enzyme known as lactase.

Unfortunately, sometimes the body does not produce lactase or there’s decreased production of lactase in the body. When this happens, it will result in gastric problems and the lactose won’t be broken down in the gastrointestinal tract.

When the lactose isn’t broken down due to the absence of the enzyme lactase, this will result in symptoms which are similar to stomach virus and hence it is difficult to discern whether the person is suffering from lactose intolerance or stomach flu.

Usually, it is only through examining each individual’s medical history and different tests that it is determined that the culprit is lactose intolerance. If you suspect that you’re suffering from lactose intolerance, do share with your physician the list of specific foods that cause you to feel uncomfortable. This will help your physician to make a diagnosis sooner.

The signs and symptoms of lactose intolerance are nausea, cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea and an exceptionally bad breath.

These symptoms occur because the body isn’t accepting the lactose. Usually, the symptoms will start to clear up once the lactose is removed from the body. Among the most significant symptom is the occurrence of very foul breath. It can be so bad that your friends around you can smell it even if they’re many feet away.

Typically, people would assume that the individual is suffering from poor oral hygiene but in reality the individual is suffering from lactose intolerance.

The lactose when ingested by lactose intolerant individuals results in gastric symptoms mentioned above and the bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract acts upon the lactose rich foods and results in fermentation that produces foul smelling gas. This gas unfortunately is exhaled out through the lungs and that’s how bad breath and lactose intolerance are connected.

The connection between lactose intolerance and halitosis can be further confirmed through a hydrogen breath test. Normally there’s a very little amount of hydrogen present in the breath but in a lactose intolerant individual who has ingested lactose rich foods, the hydrogen content is going to be much higher than the normal. This shows that the lactose isn’t broken down properly.

After you’ve understood the connection between bad breath and lactose intolerance, you may be wondering how did you become lactose intolerant in the first place. That answer lies in your genes. Lactose intolerance can also occur with the advancing age. So if you find out that you’re having halitosis and unable to find any apparent cause to it, then you must bathroomk into lactose intolerance as this might be the culprit causing this problem.

Wondering what causes bad breath and what is good for bad breath? Find out all about it at http://www.badbreathkiller.com right now.

www.takebackyourhealth.com A deficiency in lactase, the enzyme responsible for digesting the lactose present in diary products, is general throughout the world. Approximately 70-90% of Black, Asian, American Indian, and Mediterranean adults are deficient in this enzyme. Many children lose their lactase by three to seven years of age. Symptoms of lactose intolerance include flatulence, cramps, belching, a bloated feeling, and watery, explosive diarrhea. Suggestions include avoiding or limiting the intake of dairy products, taking digestive enzymes with meals, and supplementing with probiotics to promote recolonization of the GI tract.
